Outer Border
White print – 3/4 yard

Backing - 3 1/2 yards

Cutting Directions

From the Heartfelt Basket Panel 1:
Cut on the dotted black line and trim ONE basket block to 16-1/2” square.

From the background fabric, cut:
(180) 2-1/2” x 4-1/2” rectangles

From EACH of (36) 5” assorted print squares, cut:
(4) 2-1/2” squares

Outer Borders
Prior to cutting, measure the center of the quilt vertically and horizontally to determine the lengths of the inner and outer border strips. It may be necessary to make adjustments to the measurements below:

From the red and white inner border print fabric, cut and piece:
(2) 1-1/2” x (40-1/2”) strips for the sides of the quilt
(2) 1-1/2” x (42-1/2”) strips for the top and bottom of the quilt

From the white outer border print fabric, cut and piece:
(2) 4-1/2” x (42-1/2”) strips for the sides of the quilt
(2) 4-1/2” x (50-1/2”) strips for the top and bottom of the quilt

From the binding, cut:
(6) 2-1/2” x width of fabric (WOF) strips
