RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns.

If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact gerri@plantedseeddesigns.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. We are unable to replace or reship if we’re not notified within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued once the incorrect or damaged items are received and processed. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.

 

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS) either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the total weight of the package.

Presently Planted Seed Designs will only ship orders to addresses within the United States.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except on major holidays.

Once the order has left Planted Seed Designs and is in the USPS system, it is out of our control on when your package will arrive. We provide a tracking number for EACH order so you can track your order’s anticipated arrival.
