Cutting Directions

From the background fabric, cut:
(10) 4-1/2” x 16-1/2” rectangles
(10) 4-1/2” squares
(128) 2-1/2” x 4-1/2” rectangles
(536) 2-1/2” squares
(288) 1-1/2” squares

Stars
From EACH of (8) assorted tan and light blue prints, cut:
(4) 4-1/2” squares
(32) 2-1/2” squares

Diamonds
From the blue print, cut:
(55) 4-1/2” squares

Squares
From EACH of (4) dark blue prints, cut:
(20) 2-1/2” squares
(72) 1-1/2” squares

Border
Prior to cutting, measure the center of the quilt vertically and horizontally to determine the lengths of the border strips. It may be necessary to make adjustments to the measurements below.

From the blue print, cut and piece:
(2) strips 3-1/2” x 84-1/2” for the sides of the quilt
(2) strips 3-1/2” x 70-1/2” for the top and bottom of the quilt

From the binding, cut:
(9) 2-1/2” x width of fabric (WOF) strips
