I HOPE You Understand . . . . .

Last week was interesting.  I received a lot of the same type of email inquiries regarding the Hope quilt featured in the American Patchwork and Quilting Magazine.

Little did I know, Riley Blake Designs (RBD) placed a full page ad for my NEW! and COMING SOON! Heartfelt Collection featuring our RE-IMAGINED Hope quilt.

Since I was unaware of the ad placement, my email response to the first several inquiries, left the quilters more confused, I'm sure.  More email inquiries continued before I had a light bulb moment, paused and wondered when I reached out to RBD with my inquiry.

Sure enough, RBD did place an ad with American Patchwork and Quilting and this is the ad that caused all the flurry of emails.

For those of you I may have confused with my "original" (pre-knowledge of ad) response, YES! we will be offering the Hope quilt as a kit when the fabric becomes available in June, 2023.

Here's a little back history on Hope. 

Hope was originally designed in 2017 in my very first fabric collection, Faded Memories, for Riley Blake Designs.

Hope is ONE of NINE designs in my Casual Classic Quilts book here as a printed book or here as a pdf!

As you can see from the book's BACK cover (below), FOUR of the designs in the Casual Classic Quilts book are PRE-CUT Friendly and the Hope quilt was designed through a DE-CONSTRUCTION process!

I know!  Sounds a bit crazy, right?!  It all makes sense as you page through and read the highlighted boxed Part 1 - Part 4 of the Deconstruction Process.  It all unfolds right before your eyes and will make complete sense, I promise!

Fast forward to now, where we RE-IMAGINED Hope in Heartfelt. 

RE-IMAGINED?  What does that mean?  We re-imagined an original design by REPLACING the center star block with a basket block from our Heartfelt PRE-PRINTED Faux Applique Panel 1.

That's right!  All you need to do is REPLACE the center star with ONE of the baskets, of your choice, using these simple to follow instructions here!

I can already hear your questions . . . . then what do I do with the remaining (3) baskets on the panel?

I'm glad you "virtually" asked!  RE-IMAGINE them into other quilts ALSO found in the Casual Classic Quilts book:

Dazzling Blooms (below) is 5" Heartfelt Stacker Friendly measuring 50" x 50" perfect as a wall hanging, table topper or just enough for a light lap throw.

A Star Within (below) is 10" Heartfelt Stacker Friendly measuring 54" x 84" for the perfect lap throw quilt!

And the last basket block would make a perfect 16" square pillow!

Since EACH of the basket blocks are 16" square, you can pick YOUR favorite basket and place it in YOUR favorite RE-IMAGINED design.
